Job summary

Smith+Neb in Rochester, MN seeks an experienced orthopedic sales professional to own a defined Rochester territory and drive growth across reconstruction, robotics, trauma, and sports medicine. You will build lasting surgeon relationships, provide credible OR support, manage forecasts and territory plans, and identify new business opportunities.

Travel within southern Minnesota is required; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of orthopedic device sales are expected; commission-eligible role with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales in hospital/OR/ASC settings.
Proven quota attainment and territory growth.
Ability to travel within territory and occasional overnight travel.
Ability to complete credentialing for healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

Commercial responsibility for the Rochester territory, including quota achievement, forecasting, pricing strategy, and territory growth.
Identification and development of new business opportunities.
Expansion of portfolio adoption and case volume within existing accounts.
Relationship development with surgeons, operating room teams, service line leadership, value analysis committees, supply chain partners, and health system stakeholders.
Credible technical and procedural support in the operating room, including case coverage and education.
Development and execution of a thoughtful territory business plan in partnership with regional leadership.
