Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative to promote Orthopedic Joint Replacement products. You will drive revenue, build partnerships with hospitals, and support surgical teams in the OR. Expect a performance-driven environment with on-call duties and 50% travel.

You will manage existing accounts, close new opportunities, and deliver in-depth product demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff. Valid driver’s license and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 4 years' experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve/exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings and demonstrate value.
• Provide product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff.
• Manage and maintain sample inventory and ensure compliance (AdvaMed).
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
• On-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays as territory needs.
