Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Reconstruction Sales Representative in La Crosse, WI to serve as a technical consultant for total joint reconstruction. You will convert physicians and accounts by making sales calls, provide in-OR case coverage, and educate surgeons on Smith+Ne products in your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably orthopedic products.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members and new sales representatives.

• Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.
