Job summary

Smith+Nap Reconstruction is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative for the La Crosse, WI territory. You will serve as a technical consultant in the Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction portfolio, presenting to physicians and hospitals and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.

You will train surgeons on Smith+Nap products, collaborate cross-divisionally, and work to increase awareness and adoption of the CORI robotic system, while building lasting relationships with surgeons,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience, specifically orthopedic products.
• Proven track record selling to surgeons or hospitals.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales reps.
• Travel within territory; 2–4 overnights per month; infrequent national travel.
• Credentialing process including COVID-19 vaccine management for access to healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Convert physicians by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Smith+Nap products through education programs in your territory.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally with surgeons, OR staff, administration and researchers to increase adoption of products including CORI robotic system.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota.
