Job summary

Smith+Negwe is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA. You will act as a technical consultant for total joint reconstruction, perform sales calls, provide OR case coverage, and train surgeons on products in your territory.

Success requires deep orthopedic knowledge, strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and the ability to develop a territory business plan to meet quotas. Travel within the territory and occasional national travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years sales experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the OR.
• Train surgeons on Smith+Negwe products through education programs in the territory.
• Collaborate with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD, administration, clinicians and researchers.
• Increase awareness and adoption of products including the CORI robotic system.
