• Notifying providers of patient arrivals
• Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Schedule return appointments
• Collect co-pays and deductibles
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer
• Obtain benefit information from third party payers
• Chart preparation for physicians
