Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction and Trauma. You will nurture relationships with fellows and programs, drive engagement with Smith+Naphew technologies, and coordinate educational opportunities across the Western Region.

You will lead Transition to Practice initiatives, partner with Medical Education, Marketing and commercial teams, and travel up to 50% to support programs across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in medical device sales or medical education.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures and surgeon education.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and develop engagement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and product exposure.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams for seamless clinical entry.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams.
• Design customized educational programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prioritize programs based on value and business objectives; allocate resources accordingly.
• Share best practices and provide regular reporting on activities and outcomes.
• Support fellowship programs across North America with team coverage.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
