Job summary

Smith+Naphew seeks a Fellows' Manager to cultivate lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction and Trauma in the Western U.S. You will build relationships with fellows and fellowship programs, outlining educational offerings and exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies, products and procedures.

You will lead engagement strategies, manage fellowship program records, coordinate learning opportunities, and drive attendance at regional and national education programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, medical education, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic education and surgeon engagement.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to products.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams for a seamless start for fellows.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams.
• Design and implement customized educational programs for fellowship programs.
