Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma in the Western US. You will build relationships with fellows, fellowship programs, and key opinion leaders, coordinating education and engagement across multiple teams.

You will lead transitions to practice, collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams, and design customized programs for diverse fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within medical device sales, medical education, clinical specialist, market development, orthopedic healthcare, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic operating room procedures, training processes, and surgeon education.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment, creating engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of fellowship programs, fellow engagement, training curricula, and exposure to Smith+Naphew products and techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities that expand fellows' exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process, partnering with commercial teams to ensure a seamless experience as fellows enter independent clinical practice.
