Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction and Trauma in the Western US. You will build relationships with fellows, coordinate learning programs, and guide transition to independent practice with cross-functional teams.

You will travel up to 50% and work within a hybrid model, leveraging your orthopedic knowledge and education experience to enhance exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies and educational offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or an allied field.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, or orthopedic education.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedics OR operating room procedures.
• Experience engaging fellows and fellowship programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western US.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to products.
• Identify gaps and coordinate learning opportunities to expand product exposure.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Medical/Clinical Education, Marketing, and sales teams.
• Design customized educational programs for individual fellowship programs.
• Prioritize programs based on value and resources; report outcomes regularly.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed; travel up to 50%.
