Job summary

Smith+Naphew invites applications for a Fellows' Manager who will develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma. Working across the Western Region of the United States, you will build relationships with fellows and fellowship programs.

You will partner with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams to tailor educational programs, drive attendance, and lead the Transition to Practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, medical education, clinical specialist, market development, orthopedic healthcare, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic operating room procedures, training processes, and surgeon education.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the primary Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and develop engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, fellow engagement, training curricula, and exposure to Smith+Naphew products and techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams.
• Design and implement customized educational programs for individual programs.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement and business objectives.
• Share best practices and report on activities and outcomes.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed; travel up to 50%.
