Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma throughout the Western US. You will build meaningful relationships with fellows and programs, ensuring exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies and educational opportunities.

Collaborating with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams, you will coordinate curricula, engagement strategies, and transitions to practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device sales, medical education, clinical specialist, market development, orthopaedic healthcare, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic operating room procedures, training processes, and surgeon education.
• Experience in Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, or similar specialties.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the Smith+Naphew expert for fellows, creating engagement strategies for awareness of technologies and educational offerings.
• Develop and maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to products and techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate learning opportunities to expand exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
