Job summary

Smith+Naphew in the Western United States seeks a Fellows' Manager to build lifelong advocate relationships among orthopedic fellows, programs, and surgeons. You will coordinate engagement with educational offerings and technologies across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma.

Travel up to 50%, collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams to design custom programs and ensure a smooth transition to independent clinical practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic OR procedures and surgeon education.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and exposure to products.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams and cross-functional partners.
