Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction and Trauma in the Western US. You will cultivate relationships with fellows and programs, lead engagement strategies, and coordinate training curricula and exposure to Smith+Naphew technologies and techniques.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales or medical education, strong orthopedic knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across Medical Education, Clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic OR procedures and training.
• Experience in Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction or Trauma.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows, KOLs, and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, customer focus, communication and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as the Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and drive engagement.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, curricula, and product exposure.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to tailor education for programs.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement and business value.
• Share best practices and report on activities and outcomes.
• Provide coverage for North America fellowship programs as needed.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
