Job summary

Smith+Naphew in the Western United States seeks a Fellows' Manager to develop lifelong advocates across Sports Medicine, Adult Reconstruction, and Trauma. You will build meaningful relationships with fellows and fellowship programs, exposing them to Smith+Naphew technologies, techniques, and education opportunities.

Travel up to 50% is required. The role collaborates with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams to tailor education programs for diverse fellowship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, clinical specialist, market development or orthopedic healthcare.
• Ability to build influential relationships with fellows, programs and cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs across the Western Region.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for the fellows segment and create engagement strategies.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, training curricula and exposure to products/techniques.
• Identify educational gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national fellows' education programs.
• Lead Transition to Practice, partnering with commercial teams for a smooth clinical start.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams.
• Design customized educational programs for individual fellowship programs.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement and strategic value.
• Share best practices and provide regular activity reporting.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
