Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Fellows' Manager to build and sustain relationships with orthopaedic fellows across the Western United States. You will lead strategies that raise awareness of our technologies and educational offerings while coordinating fellowship program curricula and transitions to practice.

With 5+ years in medical education or sales, you will work cross-functionally with Medical Education, Marketing, and commercial teams, travel up to 50% domestically, and help shape the next

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in medical device sales, medical education, or related field.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic OR procedures and training processes.
• Experience with Sports Medicine, Joint Reconstruction, Trauma or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with fellows and fellowship programs in the Western Region.
• Serve as Smith+Naphew expert for fellows, creating engagement strategies.
• Maintain records of fellowship programs, engagement, training curricula.
• Identify education gaps and coordinate targeted learning opportunities.
• Drive attendance and awareness for regional and national education programs.
• Lead the Transition to Practice process with commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Clinical Education, Marketing and commercial teams.
• Design and implement customized educational programs with cross functional stakeholders.
• Prioritize programs based on engagement and business objectives.
• Share best practices and provide regular reporting.
• Support fellowship programs across North America as needed.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
