Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the administrative operations across six outpatient clinics in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will review adjustments, ensure accurate claim posting, allocate accounts from EPIC queues, audit submissions, and drive team performance with daily to weekly reviews.

Responsibilities also include denial management, KPI reporting, HIPAA compliance, and continuous improvement to reduce rework while delivering quality patient access.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical claims management or billing experience with orthopedic focus.
• Proven experience leading a claims/AR team in a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on EPIC system experience.
• Strong CPT/HCPCS knowledge, modifiers, EOBs, ERAs, and denial handling.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of six outpatient clinics.
• Review and validate contractual adjustments; ensure accuracy in claim posting and payer compliance.
• Allocate new accounts to analysts from EPIC workqueues by payer, aging, and priority.
• Audit claims for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness before submission or follow-up.
• Lead and support a team of staff; review EOD/EOW reports and manage workload.
• Manage claims denial trends; collaborate with billing, coding, and authorization teams.
• Prepare and distribute reports on claim status, denial trends, and AR performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and implement process improvements to reduce rework.
