Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the admin operations across multiple clinics in a hybrid, full-time capacity. The role emphasizes claims management, denial analysis, and cross-functional leadership to ensure accurate billing and payer compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of orthopedic claims experience, hands-on EPIC proficiency, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in medical claims management or billing, with a strong focus on orthopedic claims.
• Hands-on experience with the EPIC system.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and accuracy of administrative processes for 6 outpatient clinics.
• Lead and coach a claims/ar team, with performance reviews and workload balancing.
• Manage denial trends, root-cause analysis, and payer issues with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on claim status, denial trends, and AR performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and drive process improvements to reduce rework.
