Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Hybrid/Full-time Front Office Manager for our Physical Therapy division. Lead 6 outpatient clinics’ administrative and billing operations, ensure accurate claim posting, and maintain payer compliance with EPIC workflows.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical claims/billing for orthopedic care, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication across cross-functional teams. Join a mission to make high-quality care accessible and affordable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in medical claims management or billing, with a focus on orthopedic claims.
• Hands-on experience using the EPIC system is required.
• Excellent understanding of CPT/HCPCS codes, modifiers, EOBs, ERAs, and payer denial handling.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk and administrative tasks for 6 outpatient Physical Therapy clinics.
• Review, validate, and submit claims; ensure payer compliance and timely filing.
