You will manage high call volumes, collect demographics, verify insurance, prioritize urgent needs, and coordinate with clinic staff to keep clinics on track. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required; EMR familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments across multiple providers.
• Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information in real time.
• Identify urgent needs and prioritize patients accordingly.
• Ensure all patient records are complete to support seamless clinical care.
• Direct calls to correct departments without delay.
• Stay on top of voicemails, messages, and task queues.
• Return patient calls promptly to maintain access and satisfaction.
• Assist with urgent work-in appointments with clinic staff.
• Assist with collecting outstanding balances when needed.
