Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, seeks a Sales Associate to support the Palm Springs, CA territory. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, manage product availability, and drive growth with existing customers and new conversions.

The role focuses on providing clinical and product knowledge in orthopaedics, aiding in sales processes, and delivering value to health systems with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with related experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience required.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsabilités

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting penetration with existing customers; help achieve sales goals and market share in the territory.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with product demonstrations and proper utilization.
• Support customers by attending surgeries; ensure equipment availability and optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain deployment of equipment/assets to ensure product availability and quality.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS products with unique value propositions.
