Qualifications

• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and value differentiation.
