Job summary

Smith+Naphew in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Reconstruction to support the Orthopaedics-Reconstruction team. You will work with hospitals within your territory, assist in scheduling operative cases, secure implants, observe procedures, and advise surgical teams on Smith+Naphew instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and travel ability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and secure implants/inventory.
• Observe procedures and consult surgical teams on Smith+Naphew instrumentation.
• Learn high-level technical information related to surgery and products.
• Build rapport with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital staff; develop territory plans.
