Job summary

Smith+Naphew seeks an Associate Sales Representative for Reconstruction in Vermont. You will work with the Reconstruction Sales Team to support operative cases, manage inventory, and advise surgeons on instrumentation and implants.

Expect learning a high level of technical orthopedic knowledge and building strong surgeon relationships. Role requires team orientation, attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible hours to support sales and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of two years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver's license applicable to current residence to facilitate travel requirements of position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory for cases.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on Smith+Naphew instrumentation and implants.
• Learn technical information related to surgery and procedures.
• Develop a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Travel within designated territory with 2–4 overnights a month; infrequent national travel.
