Job summary

Smith & Nephew, Inc. in Grenville, SC seeks an Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction to support the Orthopaedics-Reconstruction team. You will assist in operative scheduling, ensure inventory, and advise surgical teams on instrumentation and implants while learning high-level surgical tech information.

You will build surgeon and hospital relationships, develop territory plans to drive revenue, and work flexible hours to meet quotas and support the salesforce and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.
• Willingness to work untraditional hours.
• Must successfully complete credentialing for healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory within the territory.
• Observe and consult surgical teams on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Develop territory business plans to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and KOLs to improve access.
