Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction in Greenville, SC. You will work with the Orthopaedics-Reconstruction team to schedule operative cases, secure instrumentation, and consult with surgical teams on products while handling logistics to support patient care.

This role requires building relationships with surgeons, KOLs, hospital staff, and colleagues, plus travel within the territory to meet a quarterly quota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefers a minimum of two years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases within the Reconstruction team.
• Secure inventory for cases and ensure availability for procedures.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on Smith+ Nephew instrumentation and implants.
• Complete logistical requirements associated with cases.
