Job summary

Smith+Naphew in Columbus, OH seeks an Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction to support the Orthopaedics-Reconstruction team in the assigned territory and hospital accounts. You will assist in case scheduling, secure instrument inventory, and consult surgical teams on Smith+Naphew implants while building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of sales experience are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing instrument inventory.
• Observe procedures and consult surgical teams on instrumentation and implants.
• Develop territory business plans to generate revenue and meet quotas.
