Orthodontic Experts in Chicago seeks a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their orthodontic journey, explaining plans, addressing concerns, and coordinating scheduling and payments. You will support the orthodontist during procedures and help educate patients on care and financing options.

The role requires strong communication, 3+ years in customer service, 1 year in treatment coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; full-time on-site position with travel to multiple

Qualificações

• Three years of customer service experience.
• Two years of sales experience.
• One year of treatment coordinating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Access.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with patients to understand their oral health history and goals.
• Explain treatment plans and address patient concerns.
• Assist patients in scheduling and arranging payments.
• Conduct financial consultations with new and existing patients.
• Manage payment options and policies for patients.
• Educate patients on dental benefits and financing options.
• Track accounts receivable and outstanding balances for timely payment.
• Assist in clinic collections and maintain a clean, sanitized space.
• Greet patients, check in/out, and support orthodontist during procedures.
