Job summary

Farina Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate patients about treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and foster strong relationships. The role involves presenting plans, guiding payment options, and coordinating referrals to specialists as needed.

The position supports patient exams, scheduling, and marketing efforts while maintaining a warm, patient-centric environment in a growing orthodontic practice located in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to talk to a person, not at a person

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment
• Explain financial options and educate patients on payment plans
• Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Prepare patients for exams
• Keep schedules full and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Assist in local store marketing and community events
