Responsibilities include explaining plans, managing accounts receivable and insurance details, greeting patients, and assisting with marketing and outreach.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience (from the Requirements).
• 2 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience.
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Fluent in Spanish.
