Job summary

Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. You will serve as Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team several days a week while supporting the general team as a Patient Coordinator.

Qualifications

• 1 year of orthodontic treatment coordination experience.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections.
• Confident presenting treatment plans to patients.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Present treatment plans and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
