Job summary

New Braunfels Dental Arts in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, explain treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and support patients through their dental journeys.

We value top-notch customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a dental office, knowledge of dental terminology, and comfort using office software. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a general dentist office.
• Experience in healthcare coordination or patient services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate treatment plans.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Communicate treatment plans, options, and financial considerations to patients.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding treatments and procedures.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
