Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This full-time role focuses on case presentation, insurance verification, and coordinating financial options to help patients feel confident about their treatment.

You will work with orthodontists, assistants, and front desk staff to present treatment plans, explain fees and financing, and support patient retention and production goals across our Illinois locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or related role.
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance.
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations.
• Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently.

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination experience.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
