Job summary

Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. You will serve as Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team several days a week while supporting the general team as a Patient Coordinator.

You will provide a welcoming patient experience, verify insurance, present treatment plans, collect co-pays, and assist with financing options. We offer a competitive hourly rate, monthly bonus opportunities, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 1 year of orthodontic treatment coordination experience.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections.
• Confident presenting treatment plans to patients.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Present treatment plans and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.

In this role, you will act as a Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team a few days per week while helping our general team as a Patient Coordinator the remaining days.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
• Fridays Optional 8am-5pm
• Saturdays (2-3/month) 8am-2pm

Compensation:$22-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
