Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental front office experience is required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) are essential.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, in person and on the phone.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments.
