Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an Orthodontic / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Olathe/Overland Park offices. This full-time role offers $23-25/hour plus bonus and opportunities to grow within a supportive team focused on excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Dental Treatment Coordination or related role
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans
• Ability to coordinate with orthodontists, assistants, and front desk team

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)
