Responsibilities

• Internalize the role of patient concierge, build trust by demonstrating care and service.
• Make welcome calls to all new patients, answer initial questions and set expectations for first visit.
• Proactively assist patients on their first visit, help with new patient paperwork and packets; ensure smooth flow.
• Present and explain treatment plans and out-of-pocket costs to patients.
• Explain payment options and Care Credit; manage treatment, payment and appointment inquiries.
• Check patients in/out, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle paperwork and referrals.
