Responsibilities

• Internalize the role of patient concierge, build trust with care and service.
• Make welcome calls to new patients and set expectations for the first visit.
• Assist with new patient paperwork and welcome packets to ensure smooth flow.
• Present and explain all treatment plans including out-of-pocket costs.
• Explain financial options and assist with payment plans (Care Credit).
• Check patients in/out, schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient files.
