Responsibilities

• Internalize the role of patient concierge, build trust by demonstrating the attitude of care and service.
• Make welcome calls to all new patients, set and manage expectations for the first visit.
• Proactively receive patients on their first visit, assist with new patient paperwork and welcome packets, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit.
• Present and explain all treatment plans involving out of pocket costs to patients.
• Continue to assist patients with payment plans including Care Credit options and explain financial options.
• Check patients in and out, schedule and confirm patient appointments, and handle patient paperwork including patient charts, referrals, and welcome packets.
