Job summary

GC Orthodontics America is a global leader in dental care with a history spanning over a century and a presence in more than 100 countries. The Territory Sales Executive will drive sales of GCOA consumables and aligners across Western Texas, building strong relationships with orthodontists, group practices, and DSOs.

Under the guidance of the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, you will execute approved programs, manage CRM data, travel to offices, and ensure profitable margins while upholding GC's

Qualifications

• Geographic Territory: Western, Texas
• Must reside in the territory
• 1-3 years’ sales experience
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Sell GC Orthodontics America products to major accounts and develop new business.
• Maintain knowledge of customer policies and competitor activity; protect market position.
• Maintain and update CRM and related databases; manage schedules and data.
• Develop block plans within CRM to maximize territory coverage and track opportunities.
• Travel to orthodontic offices and group practices; participate in events as needed.
• Adhere to expense guidelines and maintain margins for profitability.
• Support regulatory compliance and uphold GC quality standards.
