Job summary

Dental Team Finder is seeking an Orthodontic Territory Manager to promote the client’s orthodontic system to orthodontic practices across Washington and Northern Idaho. You will manage a defined territory, build relationships with practice teams, and drive trial and full integration of the system.

Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience, preferably in dental or orthodontics, with strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• Challenger sales approach with strong business acumen.
• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in medical devices, dental, orthodontics, or similar B2B field is preferred.
• Comfort with clinical conversations with orthodontists.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate the client’s solution.
• Achieve annual sales targets.
• Plan and execute a territory plan based on potential of customers.
• Manage a defined geography of accounts to promote the offering.
• Deliver training and presentations virtually and in person to maximize adoption.
• Foster relationships with orthodontic practice team members and key decision makers.
• Coordinate travel within company guidelines and report expenses.
• Independently drive critical tasks with urgency.
