Location options include Burnsville, Bloomington, Lakeville, and Apple Valley. This full-time on-site role focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling, and delivering exceptional experiences.

You will handle calls, verify insurance, process payments, and collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to maintain a smooth schedule and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dental or orthodontic front office.
• Familiar with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling.
• Knowledge of dental office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in orthodontic patients with professionalism.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and questions.
• Maintain an efficient provider schedule and reduce gaps.
• Process patient payments and assist with insurance questions.
• Coordinate communication among patients, doctor, and clinical team.
