Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team in Minnesota. You will participate in a four-week training program, provide compassionate patient service, schedule and verify appointments, and manage chart organization and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented with an ethical mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
