btyDENTAL WA Group in Washington is seeking an Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The role begins with an initial schedule on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with occasional Saturdays at our Bellevue office, and planned expansion to Tuesday, Thursday, and Issaquah locations soon.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, explain treatment plans and payments, answer calls, travel between our offices as needed, and support the orthodontist and team with friendly,

• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our locations.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients and families.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care.
• Explain treatment plans and payment options.
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
• Follow up with new and existing patients.
• Work closely with the orthodontist and team.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Travel reliably between our office locations as needed.
