btyDENTAL WA Group in Washington is seeking an Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The role begins with an initial schedule on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with occasional Saturdays at our Bellevue office, and planned expansion to Tuesday, Thursday, and Issaquah locations soon.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, explain treatment plans and payments, answer calls, travel between our offices as needed, and support the orthodontist and team with friendly,

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

Initial schedule

Initial schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Fridays with occasional Saturdays in our Bellevue office. The role will include transitioning into more hours on Tuesday, Thursday and occasional Saturdays in our Issaquah locations in the near future!
