Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of dental or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with practice management software and scheduling systems is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, cancellations, and reschedules.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders to minimize no-shows.
• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register new patients and update demographics and financial information.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and secure patient information.
• Keep front office organized to provide a welcoming environment.
• Relay messages for providers and staff accurately.
