Job summary

Dental Depot Orthodontics North OKC in Oklahoma City seeks a Patient Care Coordinator. You will discuss treatment plans and costs with patients, assist with third party billing, and review CDT codes for accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, maintain patient accounts, and prepare daily financial reports. A high school diploma and Oklahoma licensing are required; training in CareCredit is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Current Oklahoma Dental Assisting Permit required.
• Radiation Safety and Protection Permit required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment plan and cost with patient or guardian.
• Informs patients of insurance and financing responsibilities.
• Review dental records for proper coding and CDT usage.
• Post and review general dentistry payments and procedures.
• Balance day sheet and help close the office as needed.
• Monitor patient accounts and patient recall.
