Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments for the Hygiene schedule.
• Maintain call logs and correspondence files for each location.
• Fill the Hygiene schedule by reviewing lists in the Eaglesoft system.
• Utilize Revenuwell to schedule, cancel, confirm, or reschedule hygiene appointments.
• Comply with Dental Depot policies, OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• May relocate to other Dental Depot clinics as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Management.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
