Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Discuss doctor-proposed treatment plans and costs with patients/guardians.
• Assist patients with third-party billing (e.g., CareCredit).
• Review dental records for proper coding (CDT).
• Balance day sheet and monitor patient accounts.
• Prepare reports and assist with same-day treatment scheduling.
