Responsabilidades

• Discusses doctor-proposed treatment plans and costs with patients or guardians.
• Informs patients of financial responsibilities and insurance coverage.
• Assists with third party billing (e.g., CareCredit).
• Reviews dental records for proper CDT coding.
• Opens/closes office and balances day sheets as needed.
• Communicates professionally with patients, guardians, and staff.
• Prepares reports and recalls patients for treatment.
• Operates Eaglesoft and Microsoft Office Suite.
